The design strategy would prioritise clear circulation between administrative, training, and operational zones, robust security and access control appropriate to an airport-adjacent facility, and infrastructure capable of supporting specialised aviation-related equipment or activity. Completed within a two-year timeframe, the project reflects the practice's capability delivering purpose-built institutional infrastructure within Bengaluru's airport city ecosystem, complementing its commercial-sector work for the same client with a facility supporting the sector's operational and training needs.
