BACL Business Park is a 17.7-acre, 0.5-million-sq-ft masterplan developed for Bengaluru Airport City Limited, ongoing since 2024, forming part of the wider airport-linked business district being planned around Kempegowda International Airport. The masterplan strategy positions the site as a Grade-A commercial and business park precinct, leveraging airport connectivity and the surrounding aerotropolis-style development to attract corporate, logistics-adjacent, and institutional occupiers. Design work at the masterplan level focuses on block layout, internal road hierarchy, parking and service infrastructure, and phased building envelopes that can accommodate multiple occupiers or a single large anchor tenant. As one of several BACL-related engagements (alongside BP02 and AIBMTO), the project reflects a sustained, multi-project relationship with Bengaluru's airport city authority, positioning the practice within one of South India's most significant emerging commercial growth corridors.
