BCK Warehouse is a 6.2-acre, 1.15-lakh-sq-ft industrial and logistics facility delivered for BCK in Hassan, Karnataka, between 2024 and 2026. The project provides large-span storage and distribution infrastructure, designed around efficient material handling, loading-dock configuration, and clear-height warehousing suited to modern logistics operations. Design strategy prioritises functional efficiency — column-free spans for flexible racking layouts, optimised truck circulation and yard planning, and durable, low-maintenance building envelopes suited to an industrial operating environment. Site planning balances warehouse footprint with staging areas, security infrastructure, and future expansion capacity. Completed within the project's delivery window, the facility reflects the practice's growing portfolio of logistics and warehousing work in Karnataka's secondary industrial towns, responding to the broader growth of organised warehousing and distribution infrastructure across South India's expanding logistics network.
