Century Sports Village is a 51-acre plotted and landscape-led residential development for Century Real Estate in Bengaluru, delivered between 2015 and 2019, now completed. As the name suggests, the project organises residential plots around a sports and recreation-themed landscape framework, using sporting facilities and open green infrastructure as the primary amenity draw rather than conventional clubhouse-centric planning. The design strategy would structure internal roads and plot layout to maximise frontage and access to shared sports and recreational amenities, with landscape corridors connecting plot clusters to central sports facilities. This plotted format, rather than built apartments, allows individual buyers to construct their own villas within a masterplanned framework of shared infrastructure and amenities. Completed over a four-year period, the project reflects the practice's experience in large-scale plotted residential development with a distinctive sports-and-landscape identity within Bengaluru's growing plotted-development market.
