Fairlark Zenith Tech Park is a 15-acre, 2-million-sq-ft technology park masterplan and commercial development delivered for Fairlark in Bengaluru between 2023 and 2024. The project establishes a Grade-A office campus framework, combining large commercial floor plates with supporting amenities, landscaped courtyards, and efficient vehicular and pedestrian circulation suited to a corporate occupier base. The design strategy balances development density with a quality outdoor environment, using courtyards and landscaped setbacks to break down the scale of a large tech-park footprint. Delivered within a compressed roughly one-year timeframe, the project reflects the practice's ability to move from masterplan to completed commercial delivery on an accelerated schedule, and forms part of a broader relationship with Fairlark that extends into the adjacent commercial/retail/industrial engagement of the same tech park and its later incubation-space component.
