Golf Village Development is a 311-acre masterplan along the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway, currently at schematic design completion stage (2026). The project explores a golf-course-anchored residential and leisure community, using the expressway's connectivity to position the site as a premium destination development at the edge of the Bengaluru metropolitan region. The design strategy centres the golf course as the primary landscape and organising spine, with residential parcels, clubhouse and leisure amenities, and access roads arranged to maximise fairway views and frontage. Planning at this stage focuses on land-use zoning, phasing logic, and infrastructure sizing ahead of detailed design. As an emerging masterplan, the project reflects growing demand for large-format, amenity-led residential communities along India's expanding expressway corridors, positioning golf and open landscape as the primary value driver for a large land parcel.
