The project delivers a compact neighbourhood or community retail mall, combining shopping, food and beverage, and possibly entertainment or leisure anchors suited to a 2-acre urban infill site. The design strategy focuses on efficient tenant-mix planning across a limited footprint, clear and legible circulation between anchor and specialty retail units, and an active street-facing facade to draw pedestrian footfall from the surrounding neighbourhood. Parking and vertical circulation are planned to support high visitor turnover typical of a community retail centre.
