The Hard Rock Hotel is a 3-acre, 1.1-lakh-sq-ft hospitality development for Hard Rock International in North Goa, delivered between 2013 and 2016. As part of one of the world's most recognisable hospitality and entertainment brands, the project required strict adherence to Hard Rock's global design standards while responding to Goa's coastal resort context and tourism-driven hospitality market. The design strategy combined branded guestroom and public-space design with Hard Rock's signature music-and-entertainment programming — live venues, memorabilia display, and vibrant social spaces — layered onto a resort typology suited to Goa's beach tourism economy. Landscape and outdoor amenity design, including pool and leisure areas, would have been central to the guest experience. Completed over a three-year period, the project reflects the practice's capability delivering internationally branded resort hospitality architecture within India's most established beach tourism destination.
