The Talegaon Logistics Park is a 157-acre, 12.8-million-sq-ft masterplan developed for the Hiranandani Group near Pune's Talegaon industrial corridor, currently at schematic design completion stage. As one of the largest projects in the practice's portfolio by built-up area, the masterplan establishes a large-format logistics and warehousing park, organising vast warehouse blocks, internal heavy-vehicle road networks, and staging yards to serve the Mumbai–Pune industrial belt's freight and distribution demand. The design strategy prioritises modular, expandable warehouse plots, efficient truck circulation separated from any ancillary office or amenity zones, and infrastructure sized for high-volume logistics throughput. At this scale, the masterplan functions as an industrial township in its own right, reflecting the practice's capability in large-format logistics-park planning for one of India's most active industrial real estate developers, at a scale that positions the project among the largest logistics parks in the western India corridor.
