Oracle's Bengaluru campus is a 13-acre, 3.5-million-sq-ft corporate technology campus delivered between 2016 and 2018 for the global software company. The project delivered large-scale, efficient office floor plates suited to a major multinational technology occupier, integrating campus infrastructure, employee amenities, and landscape within a dense corporate footprint. The design strategy prioritised operational efficiency at scale — deep floor plates for large engineering teams, robust services and back-of-house infrastructure, and a campus-level identity befitting a marquee global technology tenant. Landscape and open courtyards were used to offset the intensity of the built footprint and provide informal outdoor space for a large daily workforce. Completed within a two-year delivery window, the project reflects the practice's capability in high-density corporate campus design for blue-chip international clients, at a scale (3.5 million sq ft) among the larger single-client commercial engagements in the portfolio.
