Radiant Institute of Technology is a 13.13-acre, 4.3-lakh-sq-ft institutional campus developed for the Radiant Institute of Technology in Hyderabad between 2015 and 2016, now completed. The project delivers a complete technical education campus, combining classroom and laboratory buildings, administrative facilities, and supporting infrastructure within a compact institutional footprint. The design strategy would prioritise efficient academic block planning with clear circulation between classrooms, laboratories, and common areas, alongside a distinct campus identity to support the institute's positioning within Hyderabad's competitive technical education market. Outdoor spaces and courtyards typically provide informal gathering and break-out areas for students between classes. Completed within a single year, the project reflects the practice's capability delivering fast-tracked institutional architecture for a private technical education client, contributing functional, purpose-built academic infrastructure to Hyderabad's growing higher-education sector.
