Radisson Red is a 2.25-acre, 1.1-lakh-sq-ft hospitality development for Bestech Group in North Goa. As Radisson's lifestyle-focused, design-forward hotel brand, Radisson Red typically calls for a bolder, more contemporary architectural and interior language than conventional business hotels, targeting younger, style-conscious leisure travellers. The design strategy would emphasise vibrant public spaces, art-forward interiors, and social gathering areas — rooftop bars, flexible lounge spaces — alongside efficient guestroom planning, all calibrated to Goa's beach-resort tourism context. Outdoor amenity design, including pool and terrace spaces, would play a central role in the guest experience given the brand's lifestyle positioning. Now completed, the project reflects the practice's experience delivering a differentiated, brand-specific hospitality typology distinct from its more conventional branded-hotel work, responding to the growing demand for design-led lifestyle hospitality in Goa's competitive resort market.
