The design strategy emphasises an efficient plotting and block structure that maximises developable frontage while integrating green corridors, internal circulation, and amenity zones typical of contemporary Bengaluru residential masterplans. As an active, ongoing engagement, the project reflects current design and planning work translating a mid-sized urban land parcel into a structured development-ready framework — work that spans two of the firm's practice areas (integrated masterplanning and plotted residential development), underscoring how large sites are typically planned holistically before being broken into discrete building or plot-level projects.
