Taurus Zentrum is a 10-acre, 1.2-million-sq-ft commercial development for Taurus Investment Holdings LLC in Trivandrum, ongoing since 2018. As one of the practice's few major commercial projects in Kerala, the project brings Grade-A office development to a secondary IT/business hub outside the traditional metro markets, capitalising on Trivandrum's growing technology and services sector. The design strategy balances international investor expectations for asset quality and efficiency with a design language responsive to Kerala's climate — deep overhangs, cross-ventilation strategies, and shaded outdoor circulation to manage heat and monsoon rainfall. Long-running since 2018, the project reflects sustained engagement with an international real estate investment client, and demonstrates the practice's capability in delivering institutional-grade commercial assets in emerging, non-metro Indian markets where local climate and context still shape the architectural response.
